Problems With A Sony Dab Radio

i have a focus 10 plate push button start the radio now only works when the engine is not running,ie.1hour stanby when i go to start the engine the radio cuts out, then when driving the radio disply keeps changing from date and time to dab radio but will not stay in that mode is the radio faulty or a wiring prob...the radio has been working fine up until last night...

    I would pull all power to the radio , make sure you have the code , that way you can reset it and also check the woring connections at the same time.
