Fault Code: P0200 Injector Circuit

The engine warning light came on recently and when I read the codes this is what I got. I have done a search and there are similar faults reported but they usually point to a particular injector e.g. P0201.

Has anyone had this particular fault before and are there any checks I can do before having to take it to a garage? I have uplugged and cleaned the electrical connectors on each of the injectors but this hasn't helped.

Coincidentally, the first time I read the fault codes I had a P0030 which seems to relate to the lambda. I cleared this code to see if it came back. It didn't but was replaced by the above. Are these related?
