Usb Not Working Fiesta 2013

Featured Replies

had no problem with usb in my 13 plate fiesta until yesterday I put a usb stick in the usb inlet and nothing happened there are tunes on the stick as I have played them in my previous vw polo. I tried my ipod which I used for months and that will not work with usb and jack plug in, but if I take usb cable side out and leave the jack plug side in it works, but steering wheel controls will not work.

does it need a reset on the stereo I tried master reset but nothing I have read to pull the fuse out .
