Not sure if this is the right place to start but here goes..............

I have had my Grand C-MAX since the end of June this year and have tamed most of the bits inside BUT, the womans voice on the SatNav could open baked bean tins at 100mtrs!

My system is the Ford one not the Sony one. Can the voice be changed as with TomTom units or am I stuck with the b***h :censored: ?

    Unfortunately, I believe you are stuck with her, I havent heard of any simple means of changing her voice.

    I agree about the woman's voice. Terrrrrible. Any one know the email address for the Ford contact. I've got where I daren't. Use the sat Nav.
