Ford Mondeo Rear Heated Screen Not Working? It Is A Relay Or Fuse? Thanks

Hello, i have noticed that when i switch on the heated rear screen, it does not clear the steamy condensation and you can not see out of it.

I imagine it would be a fuse or a relay but im not sure?

(for heated rear screen)

What fuse/relay size would it be and where would I locate it to replace it?
