Escort Mk4 Spotlights

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've just purchased my first car, a 1990 Escort Eclipse. I have seen a number of other mk4 escorts with spotlights on the front like the XR3s and RS turbos, and I would like to know if the brackets simply bolt on or if there needs to be any kind of cutting/drilling to get them to fit.

Thanks in advance

The brackets just bolt on, they're quite expensive to buy now as they are much sort after.

The actual spotlight off the XR3i was a Carrello 640, which are also quite expensive, although any spotlamp would do.

Great, thanks for the reply. I saw a couple on ebay for around 40-50 quid for just the brackets, and then another 50 or so for the actual lights so they're definitely pretty expensive.
