2013 Kuga Dab Radio Not Working Properly

Featured Replies

My Kuga's radio has stopped working overnight. It seems to play for a few seconds then there is a bang through the speakers followed by a short pause then the music plays for a few more seconds about 3 then the bang again followed by silence and so on. This happens when on radio, Cd, Phone, Aux. Even when you press the voice button on the steering wheel Sync will start to speak and then the bang and silence thing interrupts her. I have tried resetting the default factory settings and the master reset including repairing the phone and nothing helps.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated as I really need the radio.

Sounds definatey like a faulty radio. given the age of the car get it into the dealers and get them to sort it with the warranty :)
