Hi, can anyone advise how I can remove the Ford 6000 cd radio from the dash of a 2013 transit connect mk 1 as I need access to the wires to connect a reversing camera.

As I understand it, you need a set of keys from ebay to remove the stereo. Otherwise it should be just an unscrew job...

Post up a photo of your radio and We'll give you a definitive answer.

Hi James and Clive, thanks for your thoughts, I cant see where you put the release keys so not sure about that, think this radio type is screw fixed but not sure, and don't want to mark the dash trying to remove it.

The radio surround unclips.

Use a blade screwdriver with tape on the blade or a Bojo tool (my preferred tool) -

Start at the top corners and work around to the bottom.

The cover will need a bit of pulling but will come.

The radio is held in with four screws (usually Torx).
