mk3 fiesta wheels and arches

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Just signed up and a total newbie to cars.

I have just bought some 16" "RS turbo" alloys.

I put them on and obvioulsy they rub, do i put spacers on and cut the arches?

If i do put spacers on and cut the arches , can i still lower it?

And with the spacers, the thread from the hub hardly reaches through the alloys wheels, how would the spacers fit? :S

Sorry if thats a really silly question, but bikes are my thing :P

Thanks

I'd have thought they'd want rolling not cutting, look at http://www.archenemy.co.uk/

but I know nowt about the specific combo you're intending to put together so hopefully a mk3 nut will be along soon

Not a silly question - I can help you with this bit, you need to lose the spacers now (safety first) until you have elongated hub studs to use in conjunction with them - Merlin motorsport sold me mine - but this was for my subaru
