New nooby member here ;)

Just a quick question, after picking up my new fiesta last month i began to wish i got alloy's instead of the bogo steelies. Now a mate has some nearly new 16"x7" alloys with 195*45 tyres he will let me have quite cheap. I know the stud spacing is correct but i'm just a tad unsure about the offset which is 45, would these be ok for my pride and joy? ;)

Any advice gratefully recieved ;)
