HI all New to this site,

Can you help bought a streetka a week ago with a few minor faults, door handle, broken wire drivers side etc,

also the airbag light stays on all the time.So today i read the fault code and it came up B2256 window heater short to ground,

First has anybody else had this problem? also i think it may be down to the relay?

i dont have an owners manual so i cannot seem to find which one it is plus i cannot find the relays

i thought they were above the fuses but i cannot seem to pull it down enough after taking the screws out

No idea what your code is saying but when I get an airbag light in a two door car, my first port of call is the connections under the seats. Because they move backwards and forwards a lot to get to the back seats the often play up.

mate done that there is no problem there thats why i read the codes and thats what code came up

the heated screen powers the heated mirrors instead and today i
found that the wires that run through the door were broke and maybe that has broken the relay, as its the same relay for the window and mirrors?

check the wires that run through to the door mirriors as i dont think the street ka has heated windscreen

remove a couple of screws from main fuse box and it will drop down and the relays are behind it i have been told but i dont know the location of what relay does what

done this swapped them around and it fixed nothing i think it had a heated screen and it was changed so now it thinks that there is a problem is there any other way around this, as i need to get rid of this airbag light

I don't see why this would cause the airbag light to come on.
