    You can get Rs spoilers for them, not sure if there is a difference on 3 / 5 door.

    Bonnet vents?

    Powder coat the wheels?

    Personally I'd just leave it as is, maybe a few subtle mods, this shape of focus just hasn't grown on me at all.
