Hi all.

I have just bought a 51 plate Escort 55d van for work purposes, and the stereo says locked when I switch it on. I guess this means the wrong code was entered previously?

Is there a way to unlock it, and if so, does anyone have the correct code? ( My local dealer charges upwards of £50.00 for code finding)!

It is a Ford 6000CD RDS EON,

Model NumberM114909

Part Number is 98AC-18C-AC

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, so many thanks in advance.

    LOL, nice one, good to see at least someone still has a sense of humour... got it sorted now, I found a way to unlock it without going to a dealer and getting ripped off on price!
