    Well in the Mk.IV it was right at the front of the engine bay on the passenger side. If they have moved it in the Mk.VI then you are looking for a black plastic box with an air feed coming out leading to the grille. You have to take the top off to get to the filter.

    i thought it should be obvious it is on any car ive had before i must take a proper look soon and see if can locate as wana check how clean it is
