Oil Seeping From Injector Bolts ??

Hi...I'm after replacing the injector seals and oil seals on my 1.6 tdci focus after oil started pooling around the injectors... Everything was done perfectly ! On close inspection afterwards I noticed that the oil is seeping from the injector bolts ! ? They were not over tightened . I know that these bolts can be threaded out from the block but I can't explain why there would be oil coming from here ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks !
