Please please please help!

Ive got a Travelpilot FX Sat Nav in my Focus and i5 has started being stupid.

Whenever I try to use the USB function it tries to work and then reverts back to the radio. I have tried removing the battery amd resetting any options, but it still fails.

I took the usb out and formatted it and removed the song that it was stuck on.

Still no luck

    This could be an issue with the USB/Bluetooth box rather than with the satnav. Have you looked for an update (I don't know what happened to the link)?

    Googled more than you would care to imagine.

    Found links that don't work anymore though.

    Gonna try a different usb as I believe that may be the cause

    Hello there, where is the USB port on your Focus?

    I've looked in my glovebox and centre console / armrest but can't find it.

    My head unit needs updates too but I can't find the connection.

    The USB update does nothing for the headunit, it's for the connectivity module. If yours does not have the USB socket, only your dealer can update it (and the headunit - via OBD/CAN bus - with it).
