hi new on here, got 2003 mondeo tdci changed lots of things, looked on the internet, but not sorted the problem, but thought id post this because it seems to have sorted it. look at the fuel sender unit in the tank, mine was not working. ford only part £114.00 + fitting an hour. you don't need to waste money going to ford. this has taken a couple of years to sort. ps I don't give up easy, lol. hope it helps anyone.
