Has it resolved since? if not, then you would probably need to loosen it up with some sort of WD40 or similar if not special intervention!

Had a similar problem on a rear door on a clio but did not have dead locks managed to get it open by getting the door panel off on the inside removing the external pull handle and then I could see the catch and was able to flick it with a long screw driver to open .if you can get the panel off and remove door handle I,d have a go that way first rather than butchering the lock off .

Try pulling the locking catch on the door inside while locking the drivers side and unlocking it a couple of times. That usually works for mine. I suspect you may have water ingress in the GEM module (firebox under glove box) mine started with he front passenger door and now my rear drivers side door is also the same. The second one started on mine after I found an issue unrelated with water getting into the GEM. My hopeful fix will be a replacement GEM when I get round to finding one and coding it in.

Otherwise it could be a lock related issue, but the GEM controls the door locks and various other functions on cars without the door modules as far as I know. Is suspect the doors are unlocking but the signal is not received to unlock the dead lock.

Bonnet catch is well documented on here there is a workaround the lock has an anti tamper feature hence why it won't unlock. Do a search the info is here somewhere.
