Help To Buy

Featured Replies

Hello everyone.

I'm looking to buy Ford Focus C-Max 2.0 TDCi Zetec 5dr

Its 2005 model, has 91.000 miles on the clock.

Any tips, what i have to look for ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Andy,

Check the turbo intercooler pipe as per my guide in my signature for further information and make sure its not cracked. Otherwise, I would check the glow plugs and their relay as there is a known issue with corrosion there. Also check the gearbox mounted reverse switch as this can go as well. Otherwise, the car is a good car, but just make sure you dont get caught out on DPF / EGR (blank the EGR as soon as you get that car!) and you will probably be fine!
