    Could be a couple of things,

    Try disconnecting the column inside the car, extend it and grease. Push it in and out a couple of times then refit (make sure you dont turn the steering wheel with the column disconnected)

    If this doesnt work, jack uo both sides and wobble tge front wheels to check for freeplay

    Could be track rod ends/track rods
