jeebowhite
Hi Andrew, it could be as simple as a bad switch?
mistershep
thx for the reply james. i did swap the switch for one from another van with working fog lights. tomorrow i will check if power is getting to the switch. according to the circuit diagram the switch is before the fuse. i guess i will have to keep tracing it back till i find power. andy
jeebowhite
Check the fuse carefully, you might find its blown discretely Sent from my MY SAGA C2 using Ford OC mobile app
mistershep
tested the switch it works perfectly. tested for power at the fuse connector with fuse removed no power at either end with ignition on foglights switch on etc. heres the wierd part the wire that goes from the fuse box to the foglights has a small amount of current going through it...... i have in the last 2 weeks fitted new ply lining to the van wondering if ive gone through a cable. gonna test the screws for current now dont want to have to remove all the ply lining / racking. Stoney871
You must have screwed through the cable then. Glad you're sorted.
