can anyone help, my c-max tailgate will only unlock by clicking the boot open button twice, it doesn't open with the central locking when opening all doors and doesnt allow me to open manually with one click of the boot button, FYI its not the powered tailgate, is this design or a fault as I am struggling to find any information, its a 2011 new shape titanium

does it have a key lock on the boot?

if so try turning it another way,i know on the galaxys you could do this.

If it doesnt open by the handle switch then you need to replace the switch. I soldered a new switch into mine, total cost was less than a tenner.

There is a guide on here somewhere that will show you how to do it, its very simple, and even if your no pro on a soldering iron, you should still find you can manage it :)
