Replacement Servo For Fiesta

Featured Replies

HI, i need to replace the brake servo on my 2001 Zetec-s fiesta. a new one from main dealer is not cheap. They are going for around £30 for a second hand one so was thinking of getting one of them.

My question is can i use any servo from any 2001 fiesta. is it a part generic to all engine sizes and modules or is dependent on engine size.

Mine is a 1.6 zetec-s. All the second hand ones are off 1.25 or 1.4 models and non from a 1.6. are they all the same or dose it need to be the correct one.

Am i right in thinking the 1.6 engine in the zetec-s is straight out of a focus. can i just get one from a 1.6 focus.

also thoughts on using a second hand servo would be welcome. is it the sort of thing you should not be getting cheap.

thank you
