Newbie With Cmax Problems

Hi all hope you can help I bought a 04 cmax 2l tdci I thought id service it and now it won't start iv tried bleeding the injectors but no fuel is getting to them.

Also found someone's rubbish repair on a wire. post-56329-140528205611_thumb.jpg

Does anyone know what it is that them wires connect to?

Welcome to the family,

You may be looking at the EGR wire there at a very rough guess, I have a Haynes manual at home so I might be able to get the exact details for you later this evening.

So the car wont start at all, wont get fuel out there?

Have you checked the computer for any error codes?
