Parking Sensors

Featured Replies

Hi

Was wondering if its possible to fit parking sensors on Ford Focus 2007 titanium 5 door hatchback?

and if yes would you mind posting a link where to buy?

best regards

I have them fitted to mine.

Two ways to fit-

Buy the official Ford kit which fits into an upper bumper trim which is designed for sensors.

The other way (my way) is just get them drilled into the main bumper.

I had mine fitted by a proper company but there are tons of kits of varying quality on ebay.

hmm found this one which is similar to what others are selling but wireless connection from the box to the receiver but now i wonder how the box will get power lol

The sensor unit can be wired in to the loom on the lefr corner of the boot and the reverse signal wire goes to the reverse light feed.

found that fancy stereo touch screen etc plus it can be fitted with rear parking camera, do you think that would be better off?

I personally have both cam and sensors, I use them both in tandem lol

I installed mine myself , so easy just wires into reverse light and brought a set off eBay for £20 and they work perfect ! Get them drilled into the bumper don't get the sticky ones with a tacky wire !
