Engine Fan Control Module/glow Plug Control Module !

My car was recalled for the engine fan control module replacement and within a day or so the engine warning light came on with code p0670/ glow plug control module! !!! Could this be a coincidence ? Any advice appreciated thanks

    The look was possibly knocked during change and they can be fragile as there is a tsb for glow relays rotting due to lack of protection and the affects of road salt in winter. Get it back to Ford and explain what happened they should look into it for you
