Anyone

You may not have the loom that includes the foglight connectors. As for the dash light.. They use the same dash througjt the different trim levels so it will still have the fog indicator

Would I just need to get a loom and plug it in, I did this on my mk3 mondeo lx

I'm not too sure to be honest, sorry

I'd suggest there tied back on the loom. I can't see ford making up different looms. I usento work at dhl/jag and landrover. We had 1 main looms for like 6 diff trim levels.

Unfortunately these days the complexity of those looms is horrendous - all costs money when you give away connectors, blanking caps and circuits which aren't used. Course adding lots more parts into the parts chain adds logistics costs but that's the way it's gone.

You only have to look on one of the Ford parts websites and see how many different cabin looms there are to choose from :o

And the future solution seems to be KSK where every single loom is built as bespoke/unique to the specific car it is going onto. That'll mean no spare connectors or circuits plus fun and games when you have to order replacement looms in service

Being as it's older focus he maybe lucky lol

I think I've found the wires but need to take the bumper off to investigate, mines a 05 plate

If you're taking the bumper off be careful if you disturb the bonnet lock.

Amy loss of alignment between the lock mechanism and the key barrel can cause headaches.

Prop the barrel up with a block of wood or coke can to keep everything level and test thoroughly before closing the bonnet.
