No. As you have 15" tyres from one car and the c max is 16". An inch in diameter to short.

It's not saying that you can fit 15" tyres to 16" wheels.

I'm sorry if I come across offensive, but common sense should prevail here.

What the site you have linked to is saying is that there are a list of tyre sizes POSSIBLY fitted to a c max, the tyre size is relative to the wheel rim size.

So when it states that 195/65R15 tyres are a possible fitment, it means that these are one of many sizes found on various models of C max, in this case the C max would have 15" wheel rims fitted.

The only way you can get 15" tyres to fit 16" wheel rims is to cut an inch out of the inner diameter of the tyres, which IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Or another way of putting it is, of you get a set of 15" ford fitment wheel rims, the tyres you took from the Passat will be able to be fitted and the 15" tyre/rim combination can be fitted to your C Max

I brought a brand new set of Pirelli p7 tyres (think they are p7). £260. Done more than 15k miles on them still in good nic. With plenty of tread.

still have the factory fit pirelli tyres had to use that space saver never again will be getting a proper spare ford should hung there head in shame fitting those ditch killers
