Cmax Towbar Wiring Help

Hi,

I am new to this forum, i have just bought a 2007 cmax 1.6tdci.

I have fitted a towbar and bought a bypass relay for the wiring,

I need to run a live wire from the battery to the relay in the boot.

My question is, is there a way of running the cable through the car or is it best to run it underneath the car and cable tie to the chassis.

    Would have thought your best brt would be to run it along under the carpet?

    Unless you have an existing loom for a 12v socket in the boot? (Might have to check the fuse rating though)
