Dab Head Unit Upgrade Questions

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am looking at replacing the Sony head unit I have in my MK2.5 Focus with a Kenwood Single DIN DAB item but I have some questions,

1. The clock on the dash is set via the Sony head unit. How will I change the time if I change the head unut.

2. I am looking to replace the standard Ford aerial with the Ford DAB kit. What connector is on the end of the Ford DAB aerial lead? Will the DAB lead fit straight into the back of the Kenwood?

3. Are there any other considerations I should have?

Thanks in advance.

Take a look at my OEM DAB guide linked under my posts when viewed on a PC.

That should give you some idea of what's involved/needed.
