Hi I've recently changed my insurance and I used too have a telematics box for my insurance purposes and I'm struggling too find any info on how too take it out. My insurance has been renewed and I'm now with an insurer where I don't need a box but they want too charge me too take it out so I'm goin to do a little d.i.y and do it myself but I can't find the box.. does anyone know where it is????

Id phone up, pretend to be a new customer and ask where they'd put it on your make/model..

My bet would be near the glovebox, possibly just behind?

You could just leave it in as you may go back to them again or another insurer that can use it.

Try above your glove box, it is most likely cable tied to the dash vent ducting. You can just leave it in as the units are shut down when your policy expiers

mine was fitted behind the glove box compartment and vents i think

did you remove yours yourself or did you just leave it in?
