Hi can any advise me on if installing footwell lighting in a zetec s 2011 model is possible also wheres best to get the power from.

    There should be bulb holders already in the footwells. They take 501wedge bulbs. Have a look to see if u have the holders as ford fit them but never put bulbs in.

    Hi iv'e looked and cant see anything that looks like a light any ideas of where exactly it is

    It is just above the clutch pedal - towards the kickpanel. Looks like a round plastic grey bulb holder.

    Ah! I thought it was ford focus. But i woulda thought they would be in same kinda place.

    If theres none there, best way to do it is either hook up to theatre lighting so that they come on when door opens, or you could tap into cigarette lighter socket and wire in a switch to turn on and off as illegal to drive with lights on.
