SGILWHITE Posted October 28, 2014 Share Posted October 28, 2014 had a problem with my cd player when i start the engine and the track skips to a previous one. one reply in a recent-past thread said the 'keep alive circuit' could be to blame. -how can this be fixed? ps it doesnt do it all the time. the last 2 days it has continued to play from the same point after i start the engine. nazsky786 Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Might just be the CD player doing it. It start the previous song again it the next track hasn't been playing for long enought. If it was always happening normally it would be a fuse has blown. But I think it just one of them things. See if it does it by playing a song then play the next song. As soon as the next song starts playing turn the key to off. Then start again and see what happens. Then again playing the next track for longer.
