Willmott
I recently bought a 2013 1.6 TDCi. There is a vibration noise from the rear in sync with wheel rotation. Returning the car under warranty the technician identified uneven wear on the inside of one of the tyres as the cause and informed me that it was due to the type of suspension. Can this be true? fto dude
i wouldnt have thought that was very accurate at all.. poor wheel alignment/ geometry is usually down to afailed or incorrectly set up part... not blaming the whole system... i would get a 2nd opinion if i was you.... if its wearing on the inside then surely this means the camber isnt set up right.. not sure if these cars have rear dog bones or track rod ends... but id start there first.
