Hello guys...i recently purchased a ford focus 56 plate and i was looking on ebay to upgrade my rims...i found some options for around 400 quids...st look...no ford badge...also some bbs replicas no badge...does anybody from here bought anything like it? Im not sure how good are they...if they brake easily or go square...etc...tnx...if im allowed ill put some links to to see what im talking about :)

Would think these days you could pick up a 2nd hand set of genuine ST wheels for the same money, Ford also do 18" versions of the RS wheels if you wanted something like that.

Not saying this just because I have them, but do you not fancy some Zetec S Sports Pack wheels that look better than the ST ones in any case?

Persistance paid off and I sourced mine for around £160 without tyres buying them one by one off eBay...took ages!

Tnx for the answers guys...i just got the car and its a work in progress...project car...so it will take a while to fix it the way i like...but i like to do the research first so when i will have money just buy it...when u buy second hand alloys u dont know how square they are or damaged...so i rather buy my rims new...and i wanted to talk to somebody that got those rims i was talking about to see how good they are...

Sorry to hijack the thread but what is the difference between the sport pack zetec s wheels and the St? Being my first ford and not paying much attention to detail, I thought I had St wheels on my zetec s. I'm not bothered that I don't, just interested in which I have now.

ST wheels have different spoke pattern than the Zetec-S version, and I'd say the ST wheels are 8" wide rims compared to 7.5" for the Zetec-S.
