Hi there am looking to get my engine tuned was looking at the cosworth inlet and 4 to 1 manifold will this give me more punch and a nice engine noise ?

    will help performance wise but adding a mani won't do much for noise, you may have to add a decat or change the exhaust all together as it may not fit directly onto the OE exhaust on the car. I'd check that before buying. adding a decat and non resonated centre will give you noise.

    Kind of in the same boat as you. So far I've added a green cotton filter with a custom cold air feed. Has a nice roar when you sink the foot.

    Is it the 2.0 petrol you have? My next move was going to be a cat back exhaust and possibly headwork followed by a remap.

    Yeah its the 2.0 petrol i have cat back exhaust and k&n 57i kit and a remap on it al ready and i have money to spend on it just dont no the best way to spend it lol any suggestions ?

    The Duratec HE responds well to head work, performance cams and a remap once there in will gain you HP. Not cheap though :lol:

    Did you notice much difference with the cat back?

    Wel a did but a dono if it was the noise making me think it was faster!

    Cams sound like a good idea i want it 250 in the next couple of years then sort out the interior and springs and a think a will be happy for a wee while lol

    you'll need a lot more than that to do it,

    You'd need either a Turbo kit, ITB's or a Supercharger. a good 10K budget to hit that, or just get a Focus RS and already be there for less.
