Bluetooth Stopped Working

Featured Replies

Hi. I have a Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost Powershift with the Sony DAB radio - no sat nav.

During a journey on Sunday my phone suddenly disconnected from the Bluetooth and I haven't been able to reconnect since. Have reset Sync and also recovered my iPhone to iTunes but it's still not working. My phone can't seem to find Sync when I search for Bluetooth devices. Have tried another phone but it is exactly the same problem.

Any ideas??

The usual solution is to locate the Bluetooth module and unplug it for about 10 minutes to reset it.

If you can't find it then just disconnect the battery for the same period.
