Had my focus almost a year now 1.6 tdci, this is my first diesel and getting a bit bored of it being standard so now it's time to experiment but before I do so looking to see if anyone has done modded there diesel and was it worth it, my intentions are as follows

Remap

Upgrade exhaust how ever with a diesel do you still get a raspy sound? Someone I spoke to said not really?

I was thinking about changing the air filter as I done that with all my petrol cars

Change to 17" RS like alloys

Is there anything else that people have done or would recommend?

I am new to this modding game lol

    I have a 1.6 tdci fitted a straight through custom exhaust and decat, it is loud and rappelling at full revs look on YouTube it's on there :)

The only thing I've done was put 18"ST wheels on in gun metal colour don't like them anymore want 17" RS style wheels I think, but want to concentrate on getting a wee bit more kick out of my car, so upgrading exhaust would be one thing on my agenda but don't want a blaring one just one that makes it sound sporty and no more, definite remap is on the cards and a K&N
