I've posted 2 threads due to i wanted either problem dealt with separately.

So had a dead battery due to it being winter and the fact the battery in the car was still the original Ford had installed 10 years ago so it's done well to say the least!

Rev the engine and headlights don't flicker or anything, Turn on heated wing mirrors and rear demister engine works harder all normal. Dash board back lights flicker and dim when idle and the rev counter drops below 1 and seems to be making it's own noises rather than a general idle?

Any help or advice would be amazing, I've heard of way's of helping the car to re learn it's idle or whatever so myth or fact?
