Replacement Fiesta Bumper (And Grille) Recommendations

Hello,

I've had a prang on the front bumper of my 59 plate Fiesta.

The front bumper has cracked, and so has the silver trim which I think is part of the grille.

Its a metallica green (Squeeze I think its called) model. I called my local dealer (Allen Ford) and they quoted 450+ VAT for the bumper, not including fitting, which seems a lot. Tho I appreciate that it is an offical Ford part from a Ford dealer.

My question is around sourcing parts like this, are there good locations for picking up bumpers etc? Or am I just looking on Ebay? (Also can anyone confirm that the silver trim is part of the grille?)
