Ford Focus Zetec S 1L Ecoboost Weird Engine Noise?

Hello people! Okay I have a new ford focus zetec s with 6k miles on and iv noticed this weird noise coming from the engine bay.. The only happends when I build up the revs then lift off ( moving or stationary) it sounds like as the engine revs slows down it's got a light grinding noise? The best way to explain it is that it sounds like as the turbo spools down it's grinding slightly? I may be totally wrong any help would be great.. I'll be taking it back to ford i think but would just like a in site to it.
