General enquiry really

I have a MK2 2007 1.6 petrol focus, getting the clutch replaced on the 19/01/15 would it be worth upgrading the clutch or swapping like for like?? I am planning to keep this car for another 3-4 years.

Having a quick look on the web i found the below,
