Removing Mk1 Door Panel

Hello all and merry Christmas!

I was just wondering if anybody has removed a door panel from a Mk1 Focus and if so could perhaps advise me if it is difficult or not?

The lock motor of my N/S/F door has been burnt out (I suspect) since the time we bought the car as the central locking only works if the said door is locked manually prior to using the remote. If not, the three remaining doors will lock and immediately unlock again.

I have checked eBay and can source a replacement for circa £20 which is fine, all I need to know is if I can change it myself or not.
