2003 Fiesta Dashboard Lights

Hello all,

I have a 2003 Fiesta and the dashboard lights don't come one when we turn the headlights on. I've checked the fuses and they are all fine. I have also changed the headlight switch. Does anybody have and ideas as to what could be causing this? Could it be the bulb for the dashboard which needs replacing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
