Trying to get a 64gb USB stick to work in the car - just comes up with a file error

32GB works fine. Both fat 32 formatted.

Any ideas? Is there a limit on the amount of files it can read?

    Needs to be single partition as I discovered the hard way.

    Yes there is a limit, think it's something like 5,000 songs and there is a limit of songs per folder and sub folder.

    I have my manual online for my 2009 and there are details in the manual for using USBs
