On Board Computer

Featured Replies

Hello, I wonder if it's possible to put on board computer (that one in speedo, which shows fuel consumption and so on) in 2006 focus MK2? Mine shows just trip kilometers :)

Thanks

Yes, this is possible but you have to replace the complete instrument cluster and install a new indicator stalk with board computer buttons and in most cases also the ambient temperature sensor behind the front bumper.

A new (or used) instrument cluster must be programmed to the car. All settings of the instrument cluster must match to the settings/options of the car. Because the instrument cluster is part of the PATS immobilizer system it is also necessary to have the PATS system reprogrammed completely.

thanks. But how do I need to program instrument cluster? Do I need to go to the Ford center?
