jhob
I've just bought an 06 Mk2 (replacing a Mk1). Nice low mileage LX, nowt fancy but does the job. Anyway, it seems that the washer jets are connected up incorrectly as when operating the front windscreen wipers will move while the rear washer jet squirts and vice-versa. I had a quick look and it seems all the washer bits are in the offside front-wing and not easily accessible. Does anyone have instructions for swapping the connections around (assuming it's that simple)? Is it easy to do?
STEADS
Haven't got a diagram but it's more possible the connectors just need swopping over rather than the pipe work you will need to take the wheel arch liner out to acces if these have been touched suggest to me it might of had a new wing in the past as can't see no other reason to touch the washer pumps just a thought
Stoney871
The pump has two outlets as far as I know. just swap them over. As stated above just undo the back of the arch liner and reach back.
