jbeer
I have had a K&N filter now for about 4 years I think and when ever I have a service the reduce the price as they're not changing the filter so it's actually paid for its self now

FocusSmudge
Have you got the specific 2.0TDCi air filter Jason? Wanted one for the 1.8TDCi but noticed it's about £20 more than the 1.6 petrol filter. The dimensions are a bit different between the two (few cm)

Hippo
I fitted a green cotton filter to a 1.8 tdci. Engine felt more responsive and quicker off the mark. Mine was 55 pounds and i clean it every 3 months to keep it free from leafs and debris. It will pay for itself in the long run as its 1 item on your service you don't need to replace.
