Can anyone explain how I can access the bottom line of instructions on the screen display of my sat nav? I use the down arrow to scroll down but this doesn't get there.

Those correspond to the 4 long horizontal buttons along the bottom of the head unit.

Thanks Phil. I can't get this bar to highlight to enable me to use the buttons. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean by the bar. Do you mean when you press the 4 buttons along the bottom nothing happens?

The options on the screen along the bottom include Cancel.

When destinations are shown I can scroll down and press OK to highlight one. Should I want to cancel that saved one I don't know how to highlight the 'Cancel' along the bottom. Hope this makes sense.

Do you get the options like in this photo?

If so then cancel is the rightmost horizontal button (to the right of the hazard lights button). The dealer should have showed you how everything worked really, so you could go back to them and ask them to go through it with you.

I think you may be confused as to the 'cancel' command here ... if you press 'cancel' at the point you are, then (I think) all it will do is go back to a previous menu

it sounds to me like you should be looking for 'delete any recent destination' ..... scroll down to 'recent destinations', press either OK or the arrow to take you to the right, then find the recent destination you want to delete, and press the delete button!

I think that should work

Thanks for suggestions. Think with your help I have solved it. I was trying to highlight the bottom bar to enable me to select the command. I now realise this does not need to be highlighted. The long bars either side of hazard light, just relate to these on screen instructions. Many thanks again.

Yeah it's just like the old phones that had buttons linked to icons on the screen :)
