Hi I Have A Max 16 Diesel I Am Just Wondering Is It Right For The Fan To Be On After A Long Run Out

Yes

Basically the fan will stay on if the Passive regeneration is running to clear the DPF out. Its completely normal.

yeah its normal, basically when the car gets up to temperature it starts a regeneration process. This involves burning more fuel to increase the heat, which means the engine gets hotter. So the fan comes on and cools the engine during the process...
